I'm sure this has been asked, but I was wondering if to tone/define my legs/rear up and not add bulk, should I do it 1 time a week; or 1 time a week and go to the gym and use the leg machines another time; or 2 times a week?

I'm no expert on this since I have the same problem myself, but I think one thing to do is do a tape such as Body Max where the weight work and the aerobics are mixed together. As long as you do all those aerobics you won't build up lots of muscle bulk in the legs.
