I have been using ankle weights (non-adjustable) for my inner/outer thigh floor workout for Pure Strength Legs. I am looking to buy adjustable ankle weights, but found out about these. Can they be used in PS Legs? Are they more efficient for PS Legs than ankle weights (i.e. use less weight)?
