Hi Cathe (and everyone)
When I do PS legs in the morning, I always ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes in the evening for a cardio workout. My question is: if I am using my leg muscles for the bike ride, am I sabotaging any muscle gains that I am gaining from the am weight workout? I know the muscles need time to recover and am wondering if I should do a less intense cardio in the evening or not. The bike ride definitely works my legs. Thanks a lot!!
