PS Legs & Abs vs PLB vs LL

Cathe, I've been doing your dvd's since about late april & I love everything you put out! Low Max is my absolute favorite.

I posted this in the DVD comments & questions section and didn't get one response. I probably should have directed my question to you in the first place.

Is there a real difference between PS Legs & Abs / PLB & LL. Can I use one in place of the other any time it's listed on a rotation?

Hi Judejude! LL is more endurance training then the other two you listed. So I would use LL for your endurance leg workouts. The other two I would use for moderate to heavy leg workouts. You can use Slow and Heavy Legs for heavy leg workouts.
