PS confusion

Hi Cathe! I'm so excited about getting the new tapes!!!!!!! I was just reading through some of the forums, and now I'm kinda confused. Some people have mentioned about doing the PS series more than once a week. How? I've been using PS chest, shoulders and tri, on Mon. Cardio on Tues, PSlegs on Wed, Cardio on Thurs, and PSbiceps on Fri. I've also been trying to get in a little cardio on M and Fri. Am I doing okay or should I be trying to do the PS more?
