PS and Slow and heavy series rotation

Hi!

I just got PS and Slow and Heavy series. What is a good rotation to use w these. Do you alternate these w cardio or do cardio in addition to doing one of these tapes per day? I also have CTX and Intensity series. This past week I did CTX cardio w PS tape. However, I don't know if I can keep this up too long. I don't always have 75 minutes to exercise! Thanks!
 
Ooh, PS rotations are my favorite! Try this:
Sat. Imax I or Imax II
Sun. PS CST and BBA
Mon. PS SLA
Tue. Cardio (any Cathe step tape)
Wed. MIS or Muscle Endurance or another total body workout
Thu. Cardio (any Cathe step tape except for Imax)
-or-
Sat. PS CST
Sun. Any CTX cardio and floorwork from PLB or 1/2 of Imax II and floorwork from PLB
Mon. PS BBA
Tue. Imax II
Wed. PS SLA
Thu. Cardio and Weights (which will give you an additional upperbody workout that week)
-or-
Sat. PS CST and PS BBA
Sun. Imax II
Mon. PS SLA
Tue. Cardio and Weights
Wed. Boot Camp
Thu. Cardio (a lower intensity tape, like Step Heat)
Hope this helps. I usually do the 1st rotation I mentioned for 8 weeks. I love it!

Sun. Cardio
Mon. S&H C&B
Tue. Cardio

Thu. Boot Camp or another tape that incorporates weights and cardio

I tried to keep most of these around an hour. Some of the workouts take longer, but I tried to fit them in on a Saturday, assuming you have more time on the weekends. Feel free to modify these to meet your needs!
 
When I do S & H or PS, I do each workout once a week, and concentrate on lifting as heavy as I can with good form. If you do this, you can fit in cardio on three alternate days. I've also been doing an upper body/lower body split with S&H, doing only 2 sets of each of the upper body exercises (and skipping some, like push-ups and tricep dips) on upper body day.
