I just bought some of that instone choc protein pudding from gnc. It is actually really good and lots of protein 20 grams, sugar free and low carb. thought I'd share for those of you looking for ways of adding protein to your diet. It is expensive though, 7.99 for 4 cans, cheaper on vitacost.com but with s+h it might come out the same price.

Hi Laura,

I've actually been making my own protein pudding since it's quite a bit cheaper. I'll mix in 3/4 to 1 cup of milk, 3/4 to 1 scoop of protein powder, then 2 TB of sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding. Let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes, and it mixes up nicely!

I buy protein pudding from Parrillo Performance (http://www.parrillo.com). It's only 60 calories and 12 g of protein. There are 27 servings in the container and costs $26.95 + $7 for shipping and handling (you can buy as much of you want and the shipping fee is a flat $7). I buy all my bars, supplements, etc. from them. They target professional body builders...

Leanne, your pudding sounds fabulous. Mine is much more boring. I just add a less water to my regular protein powder so its more creamy and thick and call that "pudding".:)
