Protein Pancakes with Oatmeal

I've been making these for a couple of years and I love them. I am a pancake freak and I remember many o' days eating pancakes on a PMS binge. With this recipe I can have them guilt free. I usually add 1/4 sugarfree syup (my husband doesn't agree with this because we are from Vermont and he feels we should only eat 100% maple syrup).

I have them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is never a bad time for pancakes.
