I bought some of that Spirutein strawberry flavor protein drink. Made it with some skim milk, banana, strawberries mango and blueberries, it still did not taste that great. Any suggestions? I was a bit disappointed to see there is only 14 grams of protein to one whole scoop which is around 100 calories, by the time you put all that other stuff in there you are way up there on the calorie count!
