Cathe,
When doing the chest exercise from CST this morning I didnt feel the work in my chest but in my triceps ,biceps and wrists. I tried to imitate what you ladies were doing, is my form off? The only time I felt it in my chest was during dumbell flies. Thanks, Kitty

Hi Kitty! To some degree you will feel this exercise in other muscle groups but the chest should be the primary area of stress. Here are some form pointers. Try to keep your back retracted while doing the chest work. Also, keep your wrist lined up directly over the forearm as opposed to letting your wrist bend backward. Keep your hand grip a bit wider so that at the bottom of your bench press your arms form the shape of a goal post. Good Luck!
