Hi Cathe!
In September, I returned to doing step aerobics and am now building a compilation of your videos. I really enjoy them and find that they definitely push me to the limits of my aerobic ability. The question I have for you is about footwear. Prior to beginning your workouts, I bought a new pair of Nike cross trainers. They are great runners but I find they don't provide enough support for the balls of my feet. Since that area of the feet are so crucial in stepping, it doesn't take long for my feet to begin feeling sore after the beginning of the workout. I see on your videos that you where a shoe from Ryka. Do you find that they are really comfortable for your routines? Are they available to be purchased in Canada (specifically British Columbia)? If you could please write me back, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
