Cathe and/or Educated Crowd,
I just received your 27-DVD-pack as a birthday present from my wonderful husband so I now own all of your workouts except the Terminator (yippee!).
I've been going through the BB's one by one, but would now like to begin a rotation which promotes strength on my thin ecto body. I was going to begin with S&H but saw a response you wrote to Bobbi that was on the Fitness Video Fanatics website.
To promote strength, you recommended doing:
- the PS Series 1x/wk for 8-12 wks, then
- the S&H Series 1x/wk for 3 wks, then
- the PS Series 1x/wk plus MIS 1x/wk for 3 wks (totalling 2 body parts/wk).
My question is, why did you recommend starting out with only 1 body part per week and then adding another after several weeks? Is this better than starting with 2 body parts per week (e.g., PS plus SS, P&P, or MIS)? What other videos would you recommend for the above rotation?
