Has anyone done this series? I'm interested in knowing how you liked it. I've done Slim Series, P90X, PHH and just now getting into Cathe. Can it be compared to anything? Thanks.
I borrowed it from someone and previewed it. Very "beginner/intermediate-at-best" level.
By the way, I also have P90X, Slim Series and PHH, and like all three. The preview of PY didn't tempt me to try it.
Hmmm.. Thanks... I was just wondering because some ladies that have been doing the Slim Series got it, completed a rotation, and got some good results. I just like the fact that you can buy a series and have a set rotation. Cathe is so... mix and match and I'm not that educated about all the fitness aspects.
