I did LIC!!!!! YAYYYYYY! FnV, if you are still out there, thanks for encouraging me to give that one a try. OMG how much fun was that. Well, except for the pushups portion where I literally had tears in my eyes, and the ab part where I almost barfed...that was a lot of fun and time flew by. And I won't miss those 600+ calories I burned off according to my HRM.
I didn't do my yoga yet today, I forgot I was going to do that and ate some breakfast first thing, I really need to wait a few hours after eating to do yoga so I'll do it later on today. Dogs are asking for a walk too, but I have to shower and make myself presentable to the public after that sweat-fest before I walk them! lol!
Peng, I feel your pain on the weather. I wish it would just cool down and stay there! I want to change out my closet to mostly cold weather clothes, thinking I'll do that today, but sure enough as soon as I do, it will be back up to 90 next week. Rained here last night, hopefully some of the ragweed pollen will be washed out because of that.
Stacy, I meant to tell you, yes I DID watch that game the other night and stayed up until the end, that has got to be the nail in the coffin for the replacement refs. Something has got to be figured out. I miss Ed Hoculi (or however you spell it).
OK ladies, off to the showers, then it's more steppin! Around the neighborhood! (we don't have sidewalks on a large portion of our walk, but the streets are pretty quiet, especially during the day when everyone's at work, so we just walk on the street. We own the streets LOL). My dogs don't bark at cars, just other dogs. Having a little squirt bottle to jolt them out of their freak outs helps, and having gentle leaders on their faces makes them a lot easier to control, they can't DRAAAAAAAG me like they can if their leashes are on their collars or on body harnesses. We paid some people $500 to do in-home training, honestly it helped a ton. Started out walking where Rich had Nelson and I had Pinto. One day Rich was complaining about being tired so I took Nelson from him for a while and to my amazement it was actually easier to walk them both at once because they weren't fighting to get in front of each other. Then Rich started a job where he walks constantly and wasn't about to take another step to walk the dogs, I enjoyed walking them, it became my job, and I lost ten pounds in about 8 months of doing that! Everything is a process, and as the fortune cookie fortune that is on my refrigerator says, "Patience is the remedy for every trouble".

Love those doggies!
