As a new member to Cathe and her workouts (Sept), I've discovered several things that I'm sure you all know. Since receiving my DVD (PH/MIS/etc) in early Sept, I have since purchased the PS and S&H series. Cathe is the lunge and squat queen of video! As I'm squatting myself sweaty, I thought that the workouts don't really have a lot of different moves, but then there aren't a plethera of weightlifting moves anyway. I also wondered why I've given up using our Bowflex for Cathe torture. And the answers became clear - left to my own devices, I wouldn't push myself that hard. And at the end of a long workday, I don't have to think (much), just follow. AND, most importantly, I feel like I'm with friends. So I do Cathe 6 days a week and bike cardio 3 days. I get up for work at 5:30, get home from work at 5, chill til 6, workout for an hour (+ or -) and feed the fam by 7:30. I eat low carb/higher protein BTW. I finally sit down about 9pm. It appears that I have no life, yet I've never felt better in my life. I've lost weight, built muscle and am lookin buff LOL. I'd never post my pic cuz, to be honest, I really don't care what everyone else thinks. I'm strong on the inside and, now, strong on the outside. Yeh, I love Cathe. Cheryl
