Hi folks! I just got my Body Blast DVDs in the mail today! And although I am thrilled as they look soooooo awesome I am also bummed out as 2 of them are not functioning properly.
First, the Kick, punch & Crunch/legs & glutes DVD does not work at all. The intro starts but then the menu never comes up, it just freezes. I tried restarting it multiple times, wiping off the new DVD and nothing fixes it! ;( I am so bummed as this is the Legs & Glutes is the #1 video I was looking forward to doing to get rid of this baby butt!
Second, the Superset & Push/Pull video will not let me play any of the mix/match sections at all.
Wondering if this has happened to any of you? And if so, do you have any tips on how to make it work?
I have ALL of Cathe's DVDs and have NEVER had a problem so I have a hard time believing it is my DVD player? I put a call and e-mail into the customer service dept and sure hope I get a replacement soon ;(
