Problems with Push/Pull premix?

I tried to do the Push/Pull upper body only premix last night - I think it was the longer of the two upper body options - and after the warm up, I came to a "pause here if needed (or something like that)" screen, and it got "stuck" here. I tried to fast forward to the next segment, but it started the warm up all over again. Every time I got to a transition between exercises, this "pause here" screen would pop up, and when I tried to fast forward, it would bring me back to the last exercise I did.
Has anybody else had this problem? The rest of the DVD is fine (thank goodness, because I LOVE it)!!
I bought it from someone in swap, so am not sure I really have any options ... : (
Just wondering if I'm the only one with this problem.

Courtney~try hitting forward TWO times quickly and see if that works. I think that is what I did. (Or, it might have been the "skip" button TWO times.) Try both. Good Luck!

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. I contacted SNM and they told me it was my DVD player. Of course, I have 2 DVD players in my house and it happens on both of them. Maybe if enough people with similar problems see this thread, something may be done about this.
