Problem with Premixes

Good afternoon,
Just want to say how I am loving Cathe on demand, I am addicted! Unfortunately I have been problems opening certain premixes both on a regular computer and through the app on mi iphone and ipad. I am dying to do the pyramid upper body premix and a few others and it either doesn't play it or kicks me out of the app.

Hi Kim, not all premixes you see on our DVDs will work in our Workout Blender and/or Cathe OnDemand. This includes most of the intensity series premixes. This is because these workouts were made before the Workout Blender was invented and they don't use the required chapters from the chapter menu that the WB and Cathe OnDemand require.
