Problem with CTX dvd

Hi guys,

I am having a problem with Disc 2 of the CTX dvds. Durning the lunge sequence of the LL it's freezes and turns off. I also get the message "can't read disc". I followed the instructions I found on these boards and cleaned the dvd. I also tried it in another dvd player with the same results.

Has anyone had this problem with their dvd? What can I do now? This is one favorite workout of the the CTX!!!

Julia,

If all else has failed, email customer service and explain the situation. All of Cathe's DVD's come with a lifetime guarantee. They will be replaced at no cost to you if they have become defective. The warranty only applies if you are the original purchaser of the DVD and didn't get it through a swap or something like that.

Thanks for the advice, I just e-mailed customer service, so hopefully I will get a response from them soon. I bought my dvd a while back, so hope they still have all the records.
