Hi VanGar,
In the Workout Manager you do the following:
#1 Click on the calendar icon
#2 Click on the "Add Workout" button in the upper right corner
#3In the "Select Workout" dropdown select "XTrain Workout Cards"
#4 In the "Select Disc Number" select the workout you want to print a workout card for.
#5 Take a One Rep Max Test (optional) for any exercise you want to
#6 ClicK the "Save and Print" button and follow the instructions.
