Primer prior to Body Max 2

Hello,
I just purchased body max 2 on amazon and love it. problem is I'm having difficulty keeping up with the step moves and I consider myself semi-coordinated. Is there a video or 2 you can recommend in your series that i should try and get more familiar with the steps before I embark on this one?
Note: I am a pretty advanced exerciser.

Hi Annabel, I would reccomend watching the video and trying it without the step and then do it with only the top of your step and as you feel comfortable add a riser. It's harder to learn steps that you feel are dancy when you need to concentrate on stepping your whole foot on the step. Don't give up you'll get it.
 
You could try just one combo at a time as an add on to other cardio.

ITA!! This way you are still getting in your cardio workout while you are learning the new routine. Once you get one section down, go to the next until you can do the whole workout. Also while learning, I like to hold the remote in my hand to quickly reverse or slow down the moves.

When I started with Cathe I considered myself an advanced stepper and it took me a couple of tries before I got the routines down. You need to get used to Cathe's cueing and the names of the moves. Keep trying and you will have so much fun!
