Just a quick post, and I gotta get moving to the shower and out of the house. No extra challenge for me today, I'm a bit short on time. I did do Ab Circuits Pilates, though, bc it is ab day for me. Legs were wobbling like Jello when I stepped off the elliptical:D It was a good one.

This one was for our own Miss Lee, who I know has some family issues this weekend and couldn't join us. She's had a rough few months. And she introduced me to Coach Sean, so I will forever be thankful for that.

Hallo girls,

I am done with CCPP on the TC, burned 1100 cal. , traveled over 5 miles:eek: I don't feel my legs anymore, tomorrow I will take a rest day. I need it!

I dedicated this one for Michelle! ((((HUGS))))

1100 calories?! Wow! Mine was just shy of 500! I did it yesterday to get through some of those tgiving calories. It's the best run I've had in a good long time! Nice! I love the hills! And hugs to Miss Lee, thanks for all the inspiration every month!

The TreadClimber burns twice as much cal. than any other cardio machine :)Love that machine! WTG, on your run! I miss running I(hurt my back!)!

Holy COW, Belinda.....were you carrying DD on your shoulders during that workout to burn that many calories? YOU GO, GIRL! (I miss you and would LOVE to give you an in-person hug right now.)

I did CCPP early this morning. Started out on the TM but my left shin started burning toward the middle of the first challenge. I finished that challenge on the TM and hopped on my stationary bike for the rest of the entire workout. I SO DISLIKE the bike, but MAN the workout I get from it. My quads have been quivering ALL day since then. Felt AWESOME!!!!!!!

Great job, everybody! And I did today's workout for so many folks, including Michele and her family, my priest who lost his brother the day before T-Day in a freak accident, and my younger sis's friend who lost his wife and 2 young children the same day in yet another freak car accident. Just tragic.

Gayle, how sad! Yikes.

As for machines.... I don't use 'em -- I would be soooooo bored, even with Sean there. I'm an outdoor runner..... have to pause at times to get in proper position for a hill, but it works.

I did CCPP on the elliptical at the gym on Friday. My gym is in an outdoor mall (fancy schmancy place) so I got to watch all of the Black Friday shoppers. Fun times. I enjoyed it, and finished with a 7 mile ride on the VR bike instead of another challenge. Today I took my poor neglected doggie for a 5 mile hike. My legs are talking to me. :D

whoops, missed that one

I will do this tomorrow...Thanksgiving at our house got sprung on me at 4:30 on Friday (with arrival of guests fortunately carrying food at 6:30!) so did massive cleaning in a hurry and put up all the Christmas stuff and finished up outside, so tomorrow I will "relax" with CCPP :D
Gayle, so sorry to hear about all of the losses of loved ones...life is so short, you definitely need to enjoy your time and love lots!
hugs and have a great Sunday!

Late posting, but I got in my CCPP today instead of yesterday. I did it outside. Some of the hills didn't match up with the terrain so I did sprints instead. Burned 750 calories. It was tough going, but thnking of my dedications, got me through.

Great job everyone.

Gayle, so sorry to hear of the recent losses to people near you. Prayers to their families.

Better late than never! I did CCPP on my TM this morning and felt surprisingly good considering I haven't run on the TM since the last PP workout:eek: Got in 6.25 miles and burned 570 calories.

Michele- I hope you felt the good vibes and thoughts coming your way. HUGS!

Oh my goodness, I am so touched by this thread, I don't quite know what to say! Many heartfelt thanks to everyone who dedicated their workout to me. Your prayers and thoughtful condolences have been a source of comfort, over and over again ;), and I am deeply moved by your kindness. Thank you so much! <3
