press play question

Hi there:
I ordered the press play download from the Choose Living website yesterday. I've wanted to get this workout for awhile, but have avoided it because I'm a complete moron when it comes to downloads and getting them onto my mp3. I always order my cardio coach workouts in CD form and then am able to sync them to my mp3. Well, anyway...I couldn't get the download onto my mp3...surprise, surprise...so I tried to burn it onto a disc...which the computer popped up a screen that said all portions were burned onto the disc.

Then I went to my other computer where I'm usually able to sync CDs onto my mp3. Well, it told me that there was no audio on the CD I thought I just burned. I'm totally out of my mind here....which is why I always avoid this. I have no idea what to do now. I want the workout, but can't seem to actually get it working....UGH!!!

Any suggestions or ideas?

Thank you!! I think I may have it on CD now. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that it works out this time!!
 
Thank you!! I actually got it onto CD, but am doing something wrong as I try to get it onto my mp3 player - which comes up with error signs. Oh well, at least I have it on CD - that will work.

Thanks again for your help!! Someday I'll actually catch up with the times and understand basic technology!!! :)
 
Unfortunately I will never understand basic technology because my husband does all of this stuff for me. It's pitiful. When I want new music on my MP3 I just hand it to him with my list. I feel like such a moron! I wouldn't know what to do if my computer broke and he wasn't around. I really should try harder to learn. But I always tell him he's not good at explaining and I give up. Excuses, excuses!
