I didn't know I preordered back in April and totally forgot. Didn't have my invoice number and preordered again today. Duh!!! 
This summer has been crazy. My job was outsourced and I found another one. The job I found was pure hell. Had to hurry and find another job and found a great one, thank goodness. So much has gone on I couldn't remember anything about preordering.
I hope I can cancel the second one easily. I've never had to cancel something here before.
ETA: YAY!!! They cancelled the second one for me already!! That was fast! Cathe Customer Service Rocks!
