I've tried to search this question on the forum but came up with nothing so I was thinking maybe you guys could help. I was wondering if anyone knew the premixes that are on the 4day-split dvd? The last dvd that came out???

You can find it on the Cathe Compendium which you can download on this site: http://fitfig.com/tools It's the 8th link down. There is probably another listing somewhere of just the premixes, but I know they're in this document.
