Premixes

Hi all. I would like to add on a 30 min cardio session to some of my strength workouts. Can you suggest any 30 min premixes that might do the job? Which ones do you like? I really haven't played around with premixes that much and thought I could get some info from the experts first :).

My favorite is the warm up and first five segments of Imax 2. This is exactly 30 min. Also the cardio section only of Cardio and Weights. Karen
