Premixes question

Hi,
today is LIC (premix 3). Is it the upper body circuit 55 1/2 min long?? Never done a premix before... Belinda

It's supposed to be but I just did it this morning and it was 10 minutes longer than that.

Hi Marcy,
I just got done doing LIC premix 3.I'm glad I did the right one!! It took me a little longer, since I'm not so cordinated,I happen to have two left feet. LOL Thanks Belinda
