I am so spoiled by the Intensity series premixes, I couldn't wait to get to the BB premixes! (I've already been doing the workouts on VHS.) Anywho...yesterday I did Legs and Glutes Leg Press Mania premix and loved it (and tortured my legs)! Then today I did Step and Hi/Lo premix on the Step Blast and Step Pump, and Jump DVD. It was all the cardio from both workouts and is 90 minutes long! It was awesome!
Tomorrow I will dive into some Kick Punch and Crunch variation or maybe a Push Pull - Supersets variation...oh the possibilities are endless....:7 :7 :7
