Hello ladies,
Here's my week:
(Unfortunately, it's not too great.)

Sunday, 2/1 - off
Monday, 2/2 - Tone It Up
Tuesday, 2/3 - Circuit Max
Wednesday, 2/4 - off
Thursday, 2/5 - Shape It Up
Friday, 2/6 - off
Saturday, 2/7 - Housework

Last week I slept like a baby - literally waking every couple of hours. As you can see, Saturday's workout was housework - I was beat. :)

Hope everyone has a great week!

Hi! This is my first post for workouts. I don't know how consistent I'll be posting but I'll try when I can. My energy levels have improved a lot so last week I added a 4th workout day (not including the yoga class I teach). I was down to 3 workouts a week during the first trimester.

Sunday, 2/1 - KP&C
Monday, 2/2 - Yoga (as instructor)
Tuesday, 2/3 - Body Tech
Wednesday, 2/4 - off
Thursday, 2/5 - PS chest/shoulders/tris & QuickFix Stability Ball abs
Friday, 2/6 - PS back/biceps/abs
Saturday, 2/7 - off

I'm still keeping the intensity low on cardio and don't lift as much as I used to, however I feel great after each workout so that's been my gauge. My legs don't feel like they're made of lead anymore, either! And I've started modifying the ab work now.

Everyone is doing such a great job. Such great motivation!

Hi girls! Christy - you are doing great! You are doing the best thing that you can by resting when you need it! And Diana, isn't great to get that energy back up??? It is nice when your legs don't feel like a ton of bricks too!
Anyway, here was my week:
Sun: Push Pull
Mon: SJP-step only
Tues: Tear it up
Wed: off
TH; Step Blast
Fri: supersets
Sat: CTX-All step cardio only

Keep up the great work girls and have a nice week!

Hi everyone! Christy, I don't feel that I had a great week either. I didn't get the workouts in that I had planned and my eating was terrible. I have been on a chocolate terror... well, I still am. I am currently finishing off a Double Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake. At least I didn't gain weight.

Here it is:

Sunday: off
Monday: PUB (Pyramid up)
Tuesday: Rhythmic Step (Sections 1 & 2)
Wednesday: off
Thursday: PLB (Pyramid up)
Friday: Cardiokicks
Saturday: off

Diana, I am just a little bit further along than you, but my legs still feel like bricks some days. I know it is related to my fatigue level... I workout in the evening and those eves after work are the worst. I would do AM, but Sydney and I watch PBS together in the AMs so it hasn't worked for me yet.

You are right Sara, more rest is just needed some days. I'll try to remember this... instead of feeling frustrated. :)

Take care ladies! See you next week!

Hi Everyone! It's great to know I'm not the only one feeling so tired. I think my husband's starting to worry about me because everytime he comes home it seems like I'm in bed. LOL. This week was a little better workout wise. I found I did better with shorter workouts.

Mon: Timesaver #1
Tues: Timesaver #2
Wed: off
Thurs: Timesaver #3
Fri: Timesaver #4
Sat: Timesaver #5
Sun: off

I'm a little bummed because my clothes are already feeling really tight and I hate that tight feeling!

Take care everyone!

Hi ladies...

Can I join in? :) I am newly pregnant...maybe 5-6wks. I've averaged 4 workouts/week since pregnant. I consider this great! and hope to continue. I have mainly been doing my firm vids, but I am feeling the need to break out my Cathe PS series!

Glad to hear you guys are feeling great!
