Just want to add that I'm still hungry all the time, too! But with advice from this forum, I think I finally have that under control with better eating--I pack hard-boiled eggs, low-fat cheese, fruit, and crackers with me every day (in other words, LOTS of small snacks). And I literally eat every 2-3 hours. I also like foods like carrot sticks and grapes because I feel like I can eat as many as I want and I do!
Even if I knew this the first trimester, I'm assuming I still would have had to go through my bad-food/hormones-out-of-whack stage (it was all about high-calorie, no-value carbs and chocolate ice cream ). And I probably wasted a lot of pounds back then. Oh well. We move forward (and of course keep the chocolate ice cream in the treat-yourself category always).
