pre/post natal video?

Hi Cathe

I'm a fan of your videos from England and I just wanted to know whether you are ever going to do a pre/post natal video for us fit women? I was pregnant earlier this year (sadly miscarried but trying again now) and there is nothing out there for pregnant women who are fit. I know that you can modify other videos but it would be nice to have one done by the Queen of step and strength - I would feel more reassured than doing my own modifications.

Please consider this! There's a loads of us out there who'd buy it!

Hi Keepfitgirl! I'm so sorry to hear of your miscarriage. I'm hoping you're feeling better now.

A while back, I went back and forth with the thought of doing this DVD. I never like to say never, however, as of now we are not planning on doing this. I know you must be disappointed since that is not the news you were hoping to hear. But if anything changes, I will definitely keep you posted.

Hi Cathe! Thanks for your reply - I'm absolutely fine know and trying again so fingers crossed - thanks for asking! I'm sure you have your reasons for not doing the pre-post natal DVD but I hope one day that you change your mind! Can't think of anyone else who would better than you! Till then I'll just have to keep modifying!
