I wish they did!
There is a software program called Handbrake, that I read about on the Forum, under “Where is the workout Blender for Downloads” in DVD discussions. I use it to make rudimentary premixes, like adding the stretch to the bonuses. But if you want serious premixes, DVD’s are the way to go. Or the Blender On Demand. Unless you are technically inclined. Typically, I don’t use premixes when lifting weights, but I do use the premixes on cardio, when there is a low impact option. I love Crossfire and Too The Max premixes.
