It's always so right on! I'm having so much fun with ALL your tapes and I couldn't help but notice the difference in your 8-pack tapes compared to your older tapes (must've been that BodyPUMP training, it was great wasn't it?). You've been able to "zero" in on us home exercisers who don't have a lot of space and you remind us to go vertical and add power, that's extremely helpful. Also you say when our backs are to the TV that we're listening harder, that's so true!! I just want to say how much I appreciate all those "little" things!
Anyhow, as for a novice instructor like me, is it just practing your routines that help you to become as great-skilled as yourself or some other "trademark Cathe" talent you have up your sleeve?
