UGH!!!! I am *beyond frustrated* with my body right now.
I have ZERO ab strength. I carried Julia so low that my abs are totally distended and it feels like they will never get back. Planks KILL me. Any full sit-up motion takes an act of God for my abs to pull up that high. I feel like I'm using my head/neck more than my abs.
I also have ZERO flexiblilty. My inner thighs and my hamstrings are so tight its ridiculous.
I just finished STS abs - pilates and the no-equip. Also did the extended stretch.
I carried Julia so ridiculously low and my abs are all distended and it feels like they will never pull back in. (WHAT was I saying about having a 4th child?!?!!?)
I know I need to work planks more thru the day and do my Classical Stretch tapes 3x/week. HOW am I gonna fit this in?! Well, I just have to.
Thanks for listening to my rant. I adore my Julia Kate to pieces and love her more than humanly possible but MY ABS! MY FLEXIBILITY!
