PP UB 3 Set Premix

Wow! First time doing it yesterday...and today I've got good DOMS in my back! It's hard for me to achieve that for some reason, even with the GS workout. Also sore in the shoulders. Love it! I'll be doing this again for sure. I needed an UB mix to pair with L&G this week which I did this morning. Works well!:D Just had to comment!
