PP legs only x3

I just got the BodyBlast series. Taking the week off upper body, shoulder was a little sore at beginning of week. I did the premix of legs only on Push 'n Pull x3!!! Wasn't bad doing it but after I decided to do the Challenge on Step Blast. Boy did the fatigue kick in towards the end.

I love the Workout Blender on this series. Why did Cathe stop using that? Wish you could add more than 6 segments though.

*GASP* You did PP legs 3 times followed by Step Blast challenge!? Holy WOW!! I bow to your greatness!

I just recently became acquainted with the SS+PP DVD and I have to say, that is one fine DVD! I bought several Cathe DVD's at one time and I haven't had a chance to use them all yet, but I did this one just recently and it's really great. It has so many premixes, and with the workout blender the variety is endless!! I LOVE it!! I would HIGHLY recommend this one. ;) :D
