+++++ pp 1/12/09 +++++

hi ladies! hope everyone is doing well. I threw out my back yesterday walking of all things! i was pushing the stroller up hill and I think I was bending a little too much and out went my lower back. Feels a lot better today, but I'm bummed that it has slowed down my workout routine. I at least got BC in the day prior and felt some good muscle burn in my arms. I'll probably do some pilates tonight to help stretch out my back.
