I just did this tape for the 1st time today, and WOW is all I can say! I was actually surprised at how easy the choreography is, I had no problem with learning the moves, and no rewinding (I've heard that many people have picked up the moves quickly on this one), but the intensity! I was surprised that I got almost all the way to the end and then was just so exhausted that I couldn't finish. But I'm looking forward to next time when I actually can finish it.
I've just bought all of Cathe's tapes (except for StepFit, Step-N-Motion and S&H), so what tape (cardio) would you suggest that I try next? Step Jam, Step Max, MIC, Interval Max, Step Works, Cardio Kicks, Rhythmic Step (I know this one has difficult choreography), BodyMax or Circuit Max? I know that I'll eventually end up doing them all, but I think I'd like to attempt them in the order of intensity so next time I can actually finish the tape. I was able to do all of CTX tapes with no problem (I love that series). TIA for any suggestions.
