I just did this tape for the 1st time today, and WOW is all I can say! I was actually surprised at how easy the choreography is, I had no problem with learning the moves, and no rewinding (I've heard that many people have picked up the moves quickly on this one), but the intensity! I was surprised that I got almost all the way to the end and then was just so exhausted that I couldn't finish. But I'm looking forward to next time when I actually can finish it.

I've just bought all of Cathe's tapes (except for StepFit, Step-N-Motion and S&H), so what tape (cardio) would you suggest that I try next? Step Jam, Step Max, MIC, Interval Max, Step Works, Cardio Kicks, Rhythmic Step (I know this one has difficult choreography), BodyMax or Circuit Max? I know that I'll eventually end up doing them all, but I think I'd like to attempt them in the order of intensity so next time I can actually finish the tape. ;) I was able to do all of CTX tapes with no problem (I love that series). TIA for any suggestions. :)

Step Works is pretty intense too, some say the choreography is a little on the difficult side but for some reason I didnt find this to be the case and I have two left feet! However, for a non-step change of pace, definitely try Cardio Kicks!

P.S. You may want to check out Circuit Max, I posted a response to your "Spot Exercises" post that uses this tape.
 
I would second the Circuit Max vote, that is just a great video. For an all step tape, I say go for Rhythmic Step. The choreagraphy is only as hard as you make it and not as hard as you may think. Both CM and RS are fun and intense, you can't lose!
 
I would like to suggest Step Jam. It is really long (47 minutes) but I bet you will be able to finish it and that will be a great motivator. it goes by really fast too! I like this tape a lot!
 
Thanks all! Mmy next cardio day I'll be doing Step Jam then Cardio Kicks and then Circuit Max (on a weekend when I haven't done weights the day before).

It seems to help me psychologically to be able to finish a tape, so your suggestions are appreciated. :) Will probably be posting when I do those tapes too!
