Power Max?

Hello,
I'm working on a Cathe rotation and Power Max is listed. I searched but don't see it. Which one is it? And apparently I don't have it so what's good to replace it with? Thanks!

Its a old step workout. I would just replace it with whatever cardio you like.

You Can find Power Max on Cathe's Cardio Hits dvd. It has 3 of her older steps workouts on there. If you go to Shop Cathe type in Cardio Hits and it will come up. =)
