Power Max

Ok, so I did Power Max this morning and looking at Cathe and Cede then and now, what a difference. I never noticed it before, and I used to think they looked good then, Which they did. But now you can really see a difference in their muscle tone. I was very impressed.

Yes, Kathy, PowerMax was my first Cathe tape back in 97 or 98. I was so impressed with them, and also with the fact that the crew were people instead of Stepford Wives (I started with The Firm.)

They look sooooo much stronger now! Actually, so do I. Maybe there's a correlation, ya think??

I too have noticed the difference. They have really evolved over the years through their hard work and dedication to exercise. I only hope to one day look half as good as they do.
