In my opinion: most definitely Step Works -- I think of PM and SW as "sisters".

Step Fit is easier than these two.

How about doubling up CTX Step Intervals and All Step. (Do warm-up on Intervals and skip it on All Step). That should cut the mustard!

Actually, any step cardio will do as long as you get your cardio in there!
