Power Max II

I struggle with complex choreo, so I would like to see more athletic based workouts like Power Max which is my favorite step workout. These kind of workouts would accommodate the many that prefer athletic to dancy and complex choreo.

I would also love to see another interval workout like IMAX 1 and 2 as these have simple but intense moves.

I'd also like to see more step workouts (like Power Max) that use the step vertically and horizontally.

I would be happy if all future series included intense, but not complex choreo.

Personally, I am a huge fan of complex choreography, but I would looove Power Max II! The only thing I'd change would be to have less repetition. We Catheites catch on quick!

Maybe two step workouts; one complex, and one more athletic? I also like the idea of using the step vertically and horizontally.

Can you tell I'm a steppin' fool? I love it all! But I'd pay the big bucks for a Power Max II.

I really like the "athletic and less choreo/dancy/pivoty!" format as well. Interval Max and IMAX2 are two intense workouts, but they feel very athletic and 'not TOO dancy.' The main reason IMAX3 went on my Ebay pile pretty quickly was the choreo (since the impact is modifyable).

Maybe like thejstr suggests, make one "dancy" step workout, and one "athletic' step workout, and everybody will be happy! (I'll pass on the dancy one and pick up the athletic one!).

Wow, I would not call Imax 3 dancy at all. Maybe a little more coreography than the other two, but I like it b/c when I do a workout repeatedly it gets boring if the moves are too simple. Now, I have tried Christie Taylor and I CAN'T get her coreography down at all. I really want to get her workouts down b/c I like a lot of her music, but the few I've tried at the library end up going back b/c of the tricky coreography. Maybe I get Imax 3 b/c I know Cathe's workouts so well and am used to her style. There were a couple of moves that took me a few times to learn but I enjoyed the challenge. I would purchase the "dancy" and the "athletic" workout though. Drill Max sounds superb and Body Max II sound superb and I will bet the cardio in Drill Max won't be "dancy."

I agree with you. I'm not good with the complex choreography. sometimes its just too much. Athletic moves are way better for me than the dancy stuff!
I love the long intense cardio workouts with fun doable moves. Like Low Max. It took me a few times to get that one but now that I know the moves I love it. Believe me I still ahve to concentrate when doing it. If my mind wanders even for a few seconds I screw up!!!

OH yes!
