Power Hour

I ordered Power Hour, MIS and Body Max. I own MIS on VHS, and I've been reading a lot about Body Max, but can anyone tell me about Power Hour? I'm mixing up my routine a bit and was thinking of doing the three GS workouts and then on Friday, doing something like BootCamp, Body Max... Would this fit here or would it be more a long the lines of MIS?

Power Hour is a fantastic total body workout that focuses on endurance. It's very, very similar to Muscle Endurance, if you have that workout. I think it would work very well for your Friday workout.

Hi Christine I am sure you will enjoy the workouts. Power Hour is one of my favorites endurance weight workouts with ME and the CTX upper body split. The format is similar to a body pump class.Cathe does one body part per song.Power Hour helps you build muscular endurance.It is endurance based - fast, numerous reps with light to moderate weight.In this workout the lunges are tough.Be ready to work.

Thanks Mariángeles! You always give me fabulous advice! I really enjoy KPC. (of course, I'm also a Tae Bo junkie, so we have something in common!).
 
Have somehing in common is great Christine.We have something more in common because we are Cathe's fans. I would like Billy makes workouts similar to the basic and advanced TAEBO live series. The music and the energy in these workouts is awesome. Thank you very much.Glad to know you are having fun with KPC.

We are! I still love Tae Bo, but I find myself reaching for Cathe much more often as I know I'll sweat my tail off! KPC is a blast. I'm planning on doing that and the KickMax drills tomorrow. You know you like your routine when you look forward to doing workouts and plan them in advance!

We've actually brought that up to Billy - that we want a hardcore, no holds bared, down and dirty, hour long cardio only workout geared for the advanced exerciser. He said that he would drive away his audience and that no one would buy it. He has more coming out in January, so we'll see.
