Power Hour +

I just ordered Power Hour Plus with MIS & Body Max. I can't wait for it to arrive! I think I'll love body max the best. Anyone have an opinion? Thanks:)

I enjoy all three of the workouts on this DVD. PH gives me DOMS every time (endurance workouts seem to hit me that way).It's a great buy!
(Though Body Max has the unfortunate abbreviation of "BM"!)
 
All three WOs are good. It's just unfortunate there are not enough days in a week to fit in ALL of Cathe's WOs into your weekly rotations.

:) That is unfortunate, maybe It could abbreviated to Bmax instead of BM:)

I really enjoy Power Hour. Although the leg work is brief, it's intense and gives me some decent soreness.

I hope you enjoy your DVD!

I use PH alot :) I love the shoulder work in that video - its fun! I have gotten through Body Max a few times, but towards the end - it feels long, so I usually use it in parts :)

Brief? I count 120+ squats in the first segment. And lunges, well I gave up counting after that! LOL!
 
I really like PH. I tried Body Max but didn't get too far. The step routine seemed insanely fast to me. I've loved all of Cathe's step routines so far but this one is the only one I quit on. Doh!:eek: MIS I hear such good things about. I haven't taken the time to do it yet because I love MM, ME and PUB so much.

PH will always remain a favorite of mine!!! I must say, though, that I seem to consistently curse Cathe when she gets to all of those low-ends (and there are quite a few, baby!!!) }( }( }(
 
I love Body Max!! I just did all of Body Max today minus the ab section at the end. My favorite is the step portion....Good Luck!!

I purchased this dvd a couple of months ago but just tried it this week. I did MIS. Excellent work out! I also did Body Max minus the circuits. I too was rather frustrated w/the step portion so I quit on it abot 10 minutes early. I loved the upper body w/o and the abs tho. Power hour is on my list for next week and I am going to try BM with the circuits instead of the step routine next week as well. I am glad I purchased this DVD!!!
 
I did BodyMax for the 1st time :eek: all I can say is WOW. It kicked my bum! I left out the abs but I don't think they minded. I had to drop to 1 riser after the step part but it was still kickin! I can't wait to tackle MIS & PH.:)
