POWER HOUR

Hi,

Does it matter if you do Power Hour the next day after strength training, I'm thinking it's ok since you're not really using heavy weights in PH, comments would be appreciated.

In my opinion - I wouldn't do PH the day after strength training. Even though you may be using lighter weights, you're still weight training the same muscles. Even if you did just chest & shoulders let's say, you'd do them again with PH. Muscles need at least 24 hours rest in order to repair & rebuild. This is how you get stronger. PH may use lighter weights, but it's still a tough endurance workout that pushes your muscles to failure. At least for me it does!
