In my opinion - I wouldn't do PH the day after strength training. Even though you may be using lighter weights, you're still weight training the same muscles. Even if you did just chest & shoulders let's say, you'd do them again with PH. Muscles need at least 24 hours rest in order to repair & rebuild. This is how you get stronger. PH may use lighter weights, but it's still a tough endurance workout that pushes your muscles to failure. At least for me it does!
