Power Hour weights used?

Does anyone have a list of the weights used in PH? I did a search but cannot seem to locate.

I just got PH when I did my pre-order & it would be helpful as I have it on my roster to do tomorrow am.

PH weights

If you go to fitfig.com click on tools you will see where there is a word forlder or an excel folder (your choice, I like the excel better) with a list of workouts and the weights used, along with a lot of other helpful information. Hope this helps!
