So this morning I decided to do Power Hour because it has been months since this one has factored into one of my rotations. All I can say is WOW!!! This is one tough workout, especially if I try to match Cathe for the weight on some the exercises. I was particularly fried after the shoulder and triceps songs. What a great workout!!! Very effective workout, good soundtrack, and I liked how you say the crew using all different levels of weight. I'm going to try to make a point to include this one more often.
