Power hour on dvd? anyone know how to buy it without the 2 other titles?

I may have posted on the wrong section. I wanted to know if I can buy Power hour on dvd without buying it with 2 other workouts? I just want power hour. Anyway to do this?

Hi - as far as I know these workouts are not sold separately on DVD. All I can suggest is finding the VHS with Power Hour only.

Its worth it to have the other ones on there = the abs are great in MIS
and you get a great upper body segment on BM1

I agree, the other workouts are worth it. MIS complements PH nicely, IMO.

This is a wonderful DVD at a great price. You will get much use out of this one. Many things to mix & match or add-on.

Thanks for the responses. I have the other ones on video so I guess getting them all on dvd would be to my advantage, since I have no vcr anymore. Thanks again
