Power Hour Exercises

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to do Power Hour today, to shake things up a bit ( I have Supersets and Push Pull),but I only have the FitTv version. I am not sure what, if anything is missing from the FitTv version of Power Hour. Would someone be willing to list the exercises in order following the warm-up or post a link to what each exercise is in PH? I appreciate your time! Thanks for your help! :)

Squats BB
Plie Squat BB

Chest:
Push ups
Pec Flyes BB
Bench Pr. BB

Back:
Dead Lifts BB
One Arm Lat Rows

Legs:
Lunges BB
DB lunges

Shoulders:
Ant. Delt Raise - Plate
Flex Lateral Delt Raise - DB
Post. Delt Raises - DB
Military Press - BB

Biceps:
Biceps Curls

Triceps:
Headbangers - BB
One Arm Kickbacks DB
Headbangers - BB

Abs
Planks
Stretch
