power hour and pyramids

Hi there,
Could you please help me work out a program using these two workouts.
I read the combinations that people devise but wouldn't know where to start with this.. I am totally new to it.
I guess I am aiming at working out 5 days a week.. 6 maximum (1 day rest) but I don't know how to do this so I will be working enough but not overdoing it.

PS. I have the DVD versions of these workouts so I have all the great extra as well.. just to let you know.

I would be doing something like this:

Day One: Power Hour
Day Two: Cardio workout of your choice
Day Three: Pyramid Upper Body
Day Four: Cardio of your choice
Day Five: Pyramid Lower Body
Day Six: cardio of your choice
Day seven: rest.
